- Step 1: Download Entry/Registation Form complete and return to: ralphshaw@tiscali.it and await confirmation of your team entry.
- Step 2: Choose accommodation required either from our “Affiliated Accommodation “ page on this website or choose elsewhere on the internet for suitable accommodation. If one of our affiliated accommodations has been chosen then book your reservation DIRECT with them and remember you MUST NOT book your reservation through an online BOOKING AGENCY!! Alternatively, if an accommodation has been chosen which is NOT an “Affiliated Accommodation” and not listed on the “Affiliated Accommodation” page then you must contact them or book online whichever is their own usual reservation procedure.
- Step 3: Download, complete and return Accommodation Reservation Form.
- * Step 4: Download and complete Pilot Check-in Registration Form & Event Regulations (Organisation’s copy) and return to Ralph Shaw at Pilot Check-in or on arrival before first flight or refueling whichever is first.

* IMPORTANT In order to save time at Pilot Check-In teams are permitted to transmit this form prior to their arrival but each team must submit a copy on their arrival or at Pilot Check-In whichever is earlier.
